👋 I’m Naveen — a product manager, growth hacker, and experimental learner. I find peace working on complex problems, growth hacking, watching movies, reading books, playing sports and board games, and hanging with friends and family.

Ever since I was able to use a computer, I loved technology. My joy for technology has led to my fascination with products and growth. Being able to create products that help people is an amazing opportunity to make peoples’ lives easier.

I also strongly believe in technology-free self-time once in a while. To connect with nature and to feel peaceful.

Dec 2020 – Present

Improving activation events of all users by recommending actionable insights and performing growth experiments.

Optimizing landing page conversion rate  iteratively using twice a week user testing sessions and A/B testing.

Improving Organic Avg Session Duration by analyzing quantitative data in Google Analytics and BigQuery, qualitative data in A/B testing, user feedback tools and usability testing sessions, behavioral data from clicks, recordings, heatmaps and running multiple growth experiments.

Implemented Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Microsoft Clarity, Facebook Pixel, Survicate and 90+ event trackers via Google Tag Manager for a React-based SPA with more than 4 Million pages. Auditing the above implementation for any data anomalies once in every two weeks.

Digital Marketing Intern,
Sep 2019 – Jan 2020

Designed 25+ social media Ad creatives for LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram & scheduled it as per the schedule and reiterated good content.

Analyzed & reported user behaviors using Hotjar heatmaps & recorded sessions of more than 50 users.

Aug 2018 – Sep 2019

Developed and maintained java-based microservices for a banking & finance client, who is a global technology leader in payment technology and services solutions.

Regularly updated the bugs and error report to lead in Confluence and JIRA.
